Hutchinson Junior Olympic Volleyball

 On Sunday, January 22nd at the Hutchinson Rec Center the NCR will be putting on our mandatory  Officiating Clinic from 11am-1pm.  For all first time players it is highly recommended that a parent accompany them.   We will then follow with our first 12's practice and mandatory parent meeting for everyone (see below your daughters practice time; the parent meeting will be held at the same time.)   You will be able to meet your daughter’s coaches and ask any questions you may have.  For this day practice will be from:

12’s 1-2 p.m.

14’s 2-3 p.m.

16’s 3-4 p.m.             

     **This will be the first practice for 12’s.  The 14’s and 16’s Teams will begin on January 15^th.  Parents should refer to our website for their child’s schedule.  ***(Please note that the following practices will be held at different times)***

      Sign up to work at the Hutch Tournaments will be on done at the end of the parent meeting so please bring your calendars to this meeting so you can sign up for the parent’s three hour time slot to work at our Hutchinson Tiger Jam Tournaments.  (12’s-March 31^st, 16’s-April 1^st, 14’s-April 14^th, 17’s- April 15^th). 

It is the parent’s responsibility to work at the tournament –not the players.  Please remember that if you have more than one child in the JO program you need to sign up more than once to work.  Our policy at a minimum, one parent needs to sign up so that you are not charged $90 if you do not work.
