Welcome to Hutchinson JO Volleyball!
We are excited to begin our 2010-2011 volleyball season.Since the fall and spring newsletters were a hit last year we decided to continue with them this year.Read on for information regarding the upcoming season.
Registration: Registration for the 2010-2011 JO volleyball season will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd, from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Shalom Baptist Church.A short informational meeting will be held at 6:00pm. We ask that both the players and parents be present to sign your registration forms.

Important: Team Selection Date, Times & Location
* Team selection for 14s (grades 7 & 8) will be on Friday, November 19th at 6:30-9:00pm at the Rec. Center. * Team selection for 16s (grades 9 & 10) will be on Saturday November 20th at 12:30-3:00pm at the Rec. Center * Team Selection for 17s will be held on Thursday, November 18th at 7:00-9:00pm at the Hutchinson Middle School. * Team Selection for 18s will be held on Thursday, November 18th at 7:00-9:00pm at the Hutchinson Middle School.
Team Selection:
Tryouts will not be held for 12s
12s team selection will be made after the first few weeks of the season as done in the past. No tryouts will be held for this age level. In an effort to streamline the team selection process for the older age levels, teams will be selected prior to the start of the season.Players at the 14s, 16s, 17s, and 18s levels will be grouped by ability.The number of teams (and therefore, player positions) at these levels may be limited based on qualified coach availability.
The above fees have been reduced by $90, contingent on parent participation during the Hutchinson JO tournaments. If you do not participate in the tournament you will be charged an additional $90.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Parent representatives are needed for all age levels. You may also want to serve on the JO Volleyball board. Elections are held in the Spring of 2011.

This website is new and under construction, so please be patient with our updates and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact a board member.As the season progresses so will the information added to the website. You may print out registration forms and hand them in on registration night to save time. Board members will be present that night to help with any questions you may have.
