Pool Play/Warm-ups
Gym opens at 8:30 a.m.
Coaches check-in and meeting will take place in the hallway at 8:45.
All pools will begin their first match at
9AM
. There will be a 10 minute (2-4-4) warm up for each team’s first match only (if you are competing against a team that is playing for the first time in pool play you will still have a 10 min warm up even if you have already competed.) A 5 minute (1-2-2) warm up will follow for the remainder of competition.
4 team pools: Play 2 sets to 25, cap 27, and 3rd set to 15 (no switching at 8).
5 team pools: Play 2 sets to 25, cap 27 – no 3rd set
Balls are not provided for warm-up, please make sure to bring your own. Liberos will be allowed to serve and 12’s will be using the VolleyLite balls.
Officiating
All teams are responsible for providing their own officiating equipment. Please check with the site director before you leave to make sure your team has no further officiating duties. In our region, coaches (or an adult registered with USAV who has been to an officials’ clinic) will be required to control the match as one of the referees within all age groups. At the 12s level, the first referee must be the coach (or an adult registered with USAV who has been to an officials’ clinic).
Admission / Food
Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for students and seniors. Concessions will be available for your players and fans.
There are no potlucks or team dinners allowed in this facility

Sportsmanship/Conduct
There will be no playing with balls (dribbling, passing, throwing, etc.) in the hallways. Also, please have no food or camping in the hallways. There will be tables available for teams to camp at in the fieldhouse.
